This 90-minute workshop offers an unbiased look at employment structures for therapists and explores the realities of working as an employee or self-employed practitioner in the health and wellness. 
We’ll cover:

• The positives and challenges of each path

• Traits that help or hinder success

• How pay structures work — salary, hourly, per-client, or hybrid

• Why practitioner income in Canada ranges from $30K–$120K+

• A student E-book with a copy of the presentation slides
