Course Requirements: Online theory videos must be completed by the start of Day 2. This hybrid teaching model allows for an extensive in-person class that focuses on the use of silicone and vacuum cups

Our in-person class time is valuable and we will move quickly through demonstrations, partner work and the solo class exercises to solidify learning concepts.
Kelly caters each class to the learning preferences of the group and includes ample time for discussion/Q&A. You will get both a printed and digital copy of your Certified Cupping Therapist: Level 1 certificate.
Course Outcomes
By the end of this course, you will:
- safely identify indications, contraindications, and precautions
- a thorough look at fascia, its components, and how cupping can effect it
- beginner and intermediate applications with 12 different techniques
- apply knowledge of the history, benefits, proper tool care, & sanitization
- special populations and case study practice
- earn a certificate of completion

Students will receive an itinerary email that also includes food and amenity suggestions in the hosted city.
What you should bring
- A hypoallergenic & unscented massage oil, comfortable clothing, and a way to take additional notes.
- If you have specific bolsters or large sheet sets you like to work with, please bring those. *Note - Laundry service unavailable when students bring their own linens*
Cupping integrates into many practices, from stress reduction to the most sporty clientele. Learning both silicone and vacuum pump styles provides flexibility and additional ways to save your body while working.
