In-Person Workshops & Training
Our in-person workshops involve advance scheduling, instructor preparation, teaching materials, classroom arrangements, and, where applicable, equipment and practical training supplies.
Because your registration reserves a place in a limited-capacity class, the following cancellation policy applies.
Student Cancellation & Refund Schedule

Course Transfers
Students requesting a transfer must contact Breakthrough Massage Academy in writing.
Eligible transfers are limited to one occurrence, are subject to availability, and must be approved by Breakthrough Massage Academy.
A transfer does not guarantee enrollment in a particular future course date.
Registration Substitutions
Students may request to transfer their registration to another qualified individual before the scheduled workshop.
Substitutions require advance written approval and are subject to course prerequisites, availability of required materials, and administrative requirements.
Illness & Unexpected Circumstances
We understand that illness, family emergencies, and unexpected circumstances can arise.
Students experiencing exceptional circumstances are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible.
Requests will be considered individually; however, exceptions to the standard cancellation policy are not guaranteed.
Cancellation by Breakthrough Massage Academy
In the event that Breakthrough Massage Academy cancels a workshop, registered students will be offered the choice of:

A full refund of the affected course registration.

A transfer to another available course date.
Breakthrough Massage Academy is not responsible for non-refundable travel, accommodation, lost wages, or other expenses incurred by students, except where otherwise required by law.
Minimum Enrollment Requirements
Breakthrough Massage Academy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an in-person workshop if minimum enrollment requirements are not met.
Students will be notified as soon as reasonably possible and offered a full refund or an alternative course date.
Livestream Workshops & Virtual Training
Our instructor-led online workshops provide the convenience of learning remotely while participating in a scheduled educational experience.
These classes often require advance instructional preparation, coordination of demonstration models, equipment setup, and reserved teaching time.
For this reason, livestream workshops are subject to the following cancellation policy.

Rescheduling & Transfers
Students may request a one-time transfer to a future offering of the same workshop when the request is received at least seven calendar days before the scheduled class.
Transfers are subject to availability and approval by Breakthrough Massage Academy.
Missed Livestream Sessions
Students are responsible for attending their scheduled workshop.
Missing a livestream session does not automatically qualify a student for a refund, course transfer, or complimentary enrollment in another session.
Workshop Recordings
Some livestream workshops may include access to a recording for additional review.
Recording availability, access duration, and any associated conditions will be outlined in the individual course description.
Recordings are not guaranteed unless specifically included with the purchase.
Technical Difficulties
If significant technical problems originating from Breakthrough Massage Academy prevent the successful delivery of a workshop, we will make reasonable arrangements to provide an alternative learning opportunity, reschedule the affected session, or issue an appropriate refund.
Cancellation by Breakthrough Massage Academy
If a livestream workshop is cancelled by Breakthrough Massage Academy, students will receive the option of a full refund or transfer to another available date.

Our self-study courses are designed to provide practical, high-quality education that you can complete at your own pace.
If you purchase a self-study course and determine that it isn't the right fit, you may request a full refund within seven calendar days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met.
Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:

Course Access Following a Refund
Once a refund is approved, access to the course and associated learning materials will be discontinued.
Students must discontinue use of any downloaded proprietary course materials.

This seven-day guarantee applies to eligible self-study courses only. It does not apply to livestream workshops, in-person training, or standalone digital downloads.
